The spindle tip is designed to allow a collet chuck to be attached directly to the end of the shaft.
The spindle has a collet chucking range of φ0.5 to φ34.
This type of spindle is compatible with commercially available collets, such as those made by Alps tools, NT Tools, Yukiwa Seiko, Nikken Kosakusho, etc.
The shaft end can be customized to meet your specific needs on request.

The motor's output ranges from 100 W to some 15 kW, and up to a maximum of approximately 60,000rpm, although this latter value depends on the shaft diameter.
While the values specified in the catalog represent the standard specifications of the motor, they can be customized on request by changing the specifications of the windings(will be a custom-made product).

The shaft end the of ATC(Automatic tool-changing)type of shaft consists of a BT shank tapered to 7/24.
The pull-stud format is of the MAS-I type.
Spindles are available in two different types, one with a drive key fitted to the shaft-end,
and the other with no drive key.
In woodworking machinery and for light cutting applications, spindles with no drive key are most commonly used today.
To attach a drive key, an orientaion device will be required. Ascertain your specific needs before consulting us. |

Six standard product types are available; S962, S962A, S961, S961A, S955, and S955A.
With a circular saw or cutter attached to the outside diameter section of the shaft-end and fastened with a flange or nut ,etc., the motors can be used to cut, groove or otherwise process wood, metals, resins ,and other materials.
The standard shaft diameter is φ25.4, but custom-made products of φ30 or φ40 can also be manufactured to order.
The motors can also be custom-made with outputs from 100 W up to approximately 15 kW.
